Terms of Service

We try our best to provide a punctual professional service. However, we are a small team, and at busy times, (e.g., during summer holidays), delays do sometimes occur. We do try our best to monitor and track flights but it's also the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any major delays or cancellations. Communication is key for both customers and our staff so that we can provide punctual efficient transfers.

Weather and Road Conditions

We take all possible delays due to weather conditions, roadworks, and traffic into account when arranging your transfer. However, some situations are beyond our control, such as severe changes in weather. We hold the right to cancel bookings when weather warnings are in place. Prior notice will be provided.

Breakdowns

Our company takes safety very seriously, and in the rare unfortunate event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey, we have policies in place. Breakdowns on a motorway will be recovered to the nearest service station or junction, where customers have the choice to either arrange their own travel from that point to the airport or wait for a replacement vehicle to continue their transfer.
In this situation, there will be no charge for the journey up to the point of breakdown. As a company, we cannot be held liable for major delays due to unforeseen mechanical failures or breakdowns. Please note that all transfers are booked under these terms of service.
